Clan war idea

Just had an idea but sure its out there regarding clan wars. 1st would you all design something where instead of having to boot people and re inviting them could we have a toggle or check mark system in whose goes to war. I know in my clan we have some that sit out every so often while heroes are down etc. It's just a pain of having to boot then go back and invite them and then make elder. A toggle system would be fantastic. 2nd. Could you look into a ready button instead of having to wait the full 24 hrs for prep. The leader checks over the clan and if all is good he hits ready and same with enemy clan and war starts. Just a couple ideas. Thanks guys
