I don't disagree with the premise, but I'm unclear about the intended audience for the message. Top-tier trophy-hunting clans who are capable of recruiting 2500+ cup players already know everything you've said. Clans run by people who don't already know what this thread is trying to say to them aren't capable of recruiting top players anyway.
If this thread is intended to counterbalance the groundswell of negative feedback from the removal of level from the clan/global chat, I think it will fall on deaf ears. It just doesn't apply to most clans and doesn't apply to farming clans at all.
