New dark elixir troops, and HOLY ELIXIR idea(s)
(TEMPORARY NOTICE: I AM MAKING MAJOR REVISIONS TO THIS THREAD, MOST NOTABLY WHEN TO UNLOCK HOLY ELIXIR, AND AT WHAT TOWN HALL LEVELS SUBSEQUENT UPGRADES FOR THE BARRACKS, STORAGE, AND COLLETOR SHOULD BE. THE ENTIRE POST CAN CHANGE, BUT ANYTHING HIGHGLIGHTED IN GREEN COULD EASILY CHANGE SOON. FEEL FREE TO READ IT, BUT COMMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK OF LOOKING DUMB :P)
This is a long post, so please bear with me!

Dark Troops:
Dark mage= like a wizard, but with a black cloak and bare arms. cant see his face. He is able to shoot a lightning bolt at two towers at once, like how the Valkyrie can hit two buildings at once.
Damage type: Area splash
DPS: 80 (He shoots 2 bolts, waits 2 seconds, then shoots two more)
Damage per attack: 160 (160 per lightning bolt)
Hitpoints: 216
Speed:14
Housing space: 6
Training time: 10 minutes
Cost: 80 DE
Aditional Note: When he dies, a large Bolt of lightning fires straight forwards to whatever direction he was facing, and it passes through buildings to damage them. It causes 160 damage to each building it flies through and can hit up to 5 buildings
He can be upgraded to level 5

Dark healer = Like the healer, but with a black dress and bat wings. She would either have red or black hair. Heals slightly, and shoots small bolts of rage. Hovers 4 tiles behind the troops it heals
Shoots a healing bolt every second, and shoots a rage bolt every 5 seconds. The rage from each shot effects the troop(s) for 3 seconds, however, she shoots them towards any random troop in a 3.5-4.5 tile distance from her.
Attack type: Heal/rage splash (3 tile radius of splash)
Heals per second: 16
Rage: 15% damage increase, Speed boost of 6
Hitpoints: 750
Housing space: 16
Cost: 80-120 DE
Can be upgraded to level 3 (Or up to level 4 if the Current Healer is given a 5th level)
NEWER addition to thread:
Imp: Like a minion, but twice the size and red. It flies low to the ground, so whenever it passes over a wall it loses 5 hitpoints from hitting it. If there is a nearby opening in a wall, he will go for it.
Hitpoints: 165
Dps: 45
Speed: 20
Has a long, red, three pronged spear that it attacks its targets with. When the imp is killed, the spear falls to the ground. If it hits a building (On offense) or an enemy troop (on offense or defense), It causes 45 damage. If it hits open land space, it stays there and can be collected for 5 dark elixir after the battle.
Housing Space: 4
Training time: 2 minutes
Cost: 28 DE
Can be upgraded to level 5 (Or to level 6 if Elf and the Current troop: Minion are upgradable to level 7)

HOLY ELIXIR! (HE)
Would be a silver or a silver-blue color

Holy Elixir storage: Cylinder, or -as Asmdus has suggested- a Cubisphere thing. Anyways, it is unlocked at TH9
At TH9 it can be upgraded to level 3. It can be upgraded to level 5 at TH10
Capacity: 12,000 (Then 25,000/50,000/100,000/140,000/ and finally 180,000*)
*A second one is Unlocked at TH 10
Cost: 1,400,000 elixir

Holy Elixir absorber: A ball with a large pipe on the side that "vacuums" holy elixir out of the air, unlocked at TH
It can be upgraded to lv4 at TH9. It goes to level 6 at TH10.
A second one can be purchased at TH10.
Holy Elixir absorbed per hour: 60 (Then 90, 120, 150, 180, and finally 240)
Holy Elixir Storing Capacity: 300 (Then 450, 600, 825, 1080, and finally 1560)
Cost: 1,500,000 elixir

Holy Elixir Barracks: could have some new troops, possibly the phoenix from above, an elf, an imp, a troll, and then a griffin.
Cost: 700,000 elixir
Level1: Elf, unlocked at TH9. Build cost: 700,000 elixir
Level2: Imp, unlocked at TH9 Upgrade cost: 1,000,000 elixir
Level3: Troll, unlocked at TH9 Upgrade cost: 1,450,000 elixir
Level4: Griffin, unlocked at TH10 Upgrade Cost: 2,000,000 elixir
Level5: Earth-Borne, unlocked at TH10 Upgrade Cost: 2,500,000 elixir
Level6: Phoenix, unlocked at TH10/11? 3,000,000 elixir

*Phoenix= It would shoot a very thin beam of fire, like the beam of the inferno tower. When it dies, it slowly disintegrates into a sparkly pile of ashes, and after 10 seconds, it comes back to life as a smaller phoenix with 40% of its regular stats. Upgrades could also increase this percentage

Cost: 200 DE or 250 PE*

NEW Additions to this Thread:
Troll: Slightly less health than a giant, double the attack power of a giant. Favorite target would be Wizard towers, Archer Towers, and Clan Castle troops (Trolls are Anti-Social) He would look slightly smaller than a giant. He would wield a log, and smash towers with it.
If there is a wall in the way, he can still hit a tower right on the other side: he has long arms and can reach over the wall.
Dps: 21
Hitpoints: 320
Speed would be 14
Housing space: 6
Cost: 75 PE
Fav. Target: Wizard towers, archer towers, and CC troops (1.5x damage to archer and wizard towers)
(however, 0.80x damage to cannons)
Can be upgraded to level 5

The Griffin- This troop is unlike any other before: When moving, it flies in the air. However, it lands to attack its targets.
Hitpoints: 1,1780
Dps: 80
Speed: 16
Housing space: 10
Favorite Target: Any
Training Time: 8 minutes
Cost: 200 PE
When in the air, the griffin is susceptible to air-defense fire. However, the griffin has to land to be able to attack a building. This makes it vulnerable to cannon and mortar fire. To land, he just slowly hovers down. I don't think this would casue too much strain on the servers, as the towers targeting it would react like they do when the AQ uses royal cloak.
Weak against: Cannons and mortars (They inflict 1.2x damage to griffin)
Additional note: If the griffin lands on a spring trap, it launches the griffin into the air, where it remains for 4 seconds before re-landing.
To combat its odd "landing and taking off again" thing, maybe archer towers or xbows could have griffin as its favorite target.
Can be upgraded to level 4

Although I have no idea what to name it... Maybe Earth-Borne... Anyways, It hits its opponents with long, thorny vines!
Hitpoints: 2,200
Dps: 75
Speed: 16
Housing Space: 14
Fav Target: Any
Training time: 15 mins
Cost: 300 PE
This warrior is made of the Earth, but covered with plant life! He holds long thorny vines and whips his targets. But watch out! Since he is covered with plants, fire can be a bit of an issue! Inferno Towers deal 1.3x damage to this troop! When on fire, it becomes enraged, and its damage increases by 40%! Its speed goes up to 26!
Can be upgraded to level 3 or 4
