All of the dark elixir stuff would be good but the holy elixir needs to be worked on.
The Griffin definitely needs more health as it will get shot be air defenses while in the air. And the cannons and mortars 1.25x damage when it lands. It also will take ages to destroy the building and will generally spend most of its time in the air getting ready to land.
I also think that the holy elixir should be discovered at town hall 9 as all of the kind of OP troops that come with it are just better than any other troops so I propose discovering it at town hall 9 and getting the absorber or what ever at town hall 9 as well. Just because they are by far the most advanced troops. Yes they have weak points but a combination of them would be OP and could probably 3 star any base.

The Holy Elixir Barracks gave me some good ideas, maybe an eagle: it will look like a normal eagle hut it has golden claws and decorations. A horse rider (no aspect ideas for it). Wargs (from the Lord of the Rings) its basically a wolf but with human-like intelligence and it can climb walls but takes a long time to do it. Summoner: its a human shape monster made of leaves and lightning that attacks with fire and summons a lot of little monsters that attack defensive buildings. Sorry for the bad English because I am Latin American.
