One reason you see a lot of B&Eggs advertised is because the ad will usually stay up longer so you get traffic in your shop for a longer period of time. If you advertise the good items they will get sold and you have to wait 30 mins for a new ad.Quote:

Many people sell Bacon & Eggs because a) it's easy to produce, because it only consumes first grade animal products that are easily available, b) the prize : time ratio is too high compared to other products and c) the BBQ Grill doesn't produce any products that are needed for second grade consumption (compare to for instance the Sugar Mill or Dairy House, which produces items you will need for other products like Ice Creams or Cakes, which means you rarely sell them). Thus, on the bottom line, the overflow of B&E is caused by poor game design.

Plus one more thing: Greg will buy your B&E at full prize after 24 hours even if nobody else do. That means putting up 10 B&E @2000 nets you a certain 2000 gold plus it will have your add in the paper for 24 hours unless the off-chance thing happens that someone actually buys the B&E which obviously is not what you hope for. So if Supercell just removed the feature that Greg buys things from your stall that nobody else want, people would soon find their stalls completely blocked by unsold B&E stacks, which should make them change their behaviour! :rolleyes:

Too cumbersome. Just remove the incentive to produce them. If game didn't have a backdoor that would give you money for doing something that is unattractive, people will stop.
I think they need to reduce the price of bacon and eggs

Instead of greg buying all unbought items you only get to choose one item a day.
Its getting to the point where i rarely use the newspaper anymore.
I cant stand them. Its so annoying when you win 1 on the wheel of fortune truck aswel. Goes into my store for $1 lol
Actually this is not linked to the problem with the newspaper. Greg buys it as long as its been in your stall for 24h, but you dont need to advertize it. I make 10 b&e per day (or try to), and put them in my stall *without an advertizement* 24h later, Greg buys it and I make my profit without disturbing anyone with useless ads.Quote:
