We have been trying to install this game for 2 days. It looks like it installs then when we try to open it, the purple line goes across like it's loading then I get a message that says, "Login failed please try again later (2)". I have tried ALL of the suggestions I have found on the net. Tried to sync it from my computer. Closed out all open apps and reinstalled. I even restored the iPod. It works on my other child's iPod. Now working on my 12th attempt to install and open. HELP!
Try deleting the game then reinstalling it. I have many friends in real life that play this and no one in my clan has had an issue getting on the game with the new update.
Have you tried a hard reset on the apple device you are using?

Can you post a screenshot of the login error message? Is that a gamecenter notification?
