Town level bug

Dear Supercell,

There is a bug regarding the town levels of a few of my neighbors. One of them is town level 16, and the other 15, yet they still appear level one both in my neighbor list and personal train list. It is not a single time only bug since it has been like that since i had joined the nh.

How long have they been in your neighborhood? Did they recently move out then go back in?

It happens when anyone new comes into hood. Their reputation level stays at 1 till they level up in town.
