Idea's

I just have a few idea's. 1. Is there a way to make walls cheaper when you upgrade TowhHalls? I.E. for TH 7 the walls are $200,000 each, that I think is too much. It makes you not want to upgrade and spend all your loot on walls. And you have no money for any other upgrades. 2. Also, is there a way to make the Clan Wars more even? One war we were in had 9 tH 10's, we have 3, they had 7 TH 9's, we had 1. By hour 3 into war, we were down by 53 stars, and our top people had to take lower TH because it was to tough to attack high. By the time war ended we had lost by more then 90, and people stopped playing, because they didn't want to spend elixar. 3. Please get rid of the NERF. The hogs for example use to be quicker and more durable. Now they are slower and a big bomb can kill a group in one shot. I know that the game isn't suppose to be easier, but when you spend the DE and send in your hogs and the first wall they jump has a big bomb on the other side, and wham they are dead, your attack is done. 4., can you make the troops smarter? Why does an archer or wizard or any other troop including the King and Queen, work on a wall on the other side of where they need to be? Everything is destroyed, except for the far corner and if they stopped hitting that wall, they could go around and get 3 stars. Instead they hit and hit and hit, and time runs out. Please make them smarter. And last, Air Defense. I had an army of all dragons (200 spaces), plus a CC dragon. I sent all the dragons in, in a half circle, only for a level 1 and 2 air defense take them all out in a minute plus. Why are they that powerful? Thank you.

Hello Death

a) walls aren't that expensive at TH7. Why not do them after you have upgraded anything else. Walls also get more expensive the higher they are. Lvl 9 cost a million a piece
b) Yes - clan wars are quite uneven for some wars. People are asking for Supercell to look at matchmaking - you are not the only one :)
c)Hogs are expensive. And YesI hate the changes. however you can still use them. You need practice. I only get to use them for clan wars.
d) Smarter troops..... Popular request. They tried to make them smarter. ...... jury is out.
e)Air defense...I don't think that they should be nerfed. The problem is that you need them strong to defend your base. A couple of rage spells really help with Dragons.

I'll start off by saying that this belongs in the Ideas and Feature Requests Subforum. As for the ideas:

1. Let's compare this to a real-life scenario...I really want a Ferrari, however I don't want to work hard to get enough money to pay for it. Also, if I buy a Ferrari with the money I currently have, I wont have enough for food or rent. So can Ferrari just make their cars cheaper?...This is what you sound like. The sooner you realize you have to work for what you want, the more successful you'll be. Also, this would be unfair to the people that have already farmed or bought these walls.

2. I agree that some match-ups are bad. I'm currently in the worst one I've ever seen, and I feel bad for the opposing clan. However I personally would rather have a non-perfect match-up very once in a while than wait 4+ hours for a perfect match-up every time. I treat the bad losses as a learning experience and the easy wins as free loot. And even if they did improve the match-ups, I'm sure there will still be complainers about it, and even more for the time required to find a match.

3. So let me get this straight, you want to be able just spam hogs wherever and just have them automatically 3-star a base. Please keep in mind that others would be able to do the same to you. I, for one, want there to be some strategy required to 3-star a base. Also, why hogs? Why aren't you requesting that spamming 200 goblins on a base will get 3 stars? I mean, they cost you hard-earned elixir. Show them some love, too.

4. AI does need improvement, and I think Steve said a while ago that they would be looking into it in the future.

And last: Once again, why should spamming dragons be an auto 3-star? Please see my goblin request above.
Edit: On second thought, we don't have enough complaints about dragons being extremely OP on these forums. They should definitely be buffed. :rolleyes:

I understand that hard work pays off, I am not an idot. All I was saying is that they could make it a bit cheaper. Most people hate upgrading the walls because of price, its the last thing they do.

As for the war match-up, my example was a real war and it took it less then 2 minutes to find the war match up. Just saying.

The hog suggestion, was more to the affect that they got weaker and slower. I don't spawn then in one location, I send it test hogs in two locations, sometimes three and spawn them. I never said I wanted to 3 star a base, I was talking about the speed and health.

Again, same with the dragon raids. Never said anything about 3 stars. Refered to the damage they do at low level.

I'll stick by my Ferrari analogy. As you said, most people hate upgrading the walls because of the price. However, the ones that work hard, do. I also think you're forgetting about the ones that already have upgraded these walls, too.

A lot of people of people feel this way. If they could improve matchmaking without adding too much search time I would be in favor of this idea. But neither one of us knows how much longer finding a perfect match would take. But I already gave my view on the issue. I treat the mismatches in the opponent's favor as a learning experience, and those in my clan's favor as free loot. Also, keep in mind that no matter how perfect the matchups are, there will always be complainers. This might just add some that complain about the time it takes to find a match, too.

Neither the speed nor the health of hogs changed in the latest hog nerf, just the damage giant bombs do to them. I don't know if you were attacking many th9s before this update, but they could be easily 3 starred by spamming hogs, because even 2 giant bombs together couldn't take out lvl 5s. Almost every other post on the forums was about hogs being OP. I don't; want to go back to that. Also, it appears you've learned how to properly use hogs between your 1st post and your 2nd; this should no longer be an issue to you.

I just joined a clan with mostly th7s and 8s. Every single raid (minus a few 3 star hog attacks, like mine on a th9) was a mass dragon, and it was a 3 star 100% of the time on the th7s and 80% of the time on th8s, even with centralized lvl 5 air defences. I think the rest of the forums echoes my opinions that dragons don't need to be buffed at low levels.

Ok, qwertyuiop, I don't agree with you at all because it sounds to me like death is a town hall 7 and since you state that you attack town hall 9s with those level 5 hogs, congratulations you have good hogs, with far more health and power. A level 1 big bomb that is unlocked at level 6 town hall can easily take out a group of 25-30 hog riders at level 1&2. Next I agree with death in saying war matchups need to be more even, you cant stop the complaints, but you can minimize the amount of them. I was in a war over the summer in which the enemy clan had barely any town hall 7s and no 6s we had a few town hall 6s being attacked by there war map opposing number using level 2&3 dragons. It took us about 30 minutes to find the match which means Supercell didn't take as much time to find a good match so it wouldn't matter. Next you said you would treat the unfair wars as and "learning experience" and the war wins as free loot. Please explain to me how you are learning anything besides the fact that the enemy clan is far more powerful. Lastly I agree with death in saying that the air defenses are a bit over powered. I say this because I am a max town hall 8 and I attacked a town hall 8 with level 2 air defenses and I used 10 level 3 dragons plus one in cc and I used 2 level 5 healing and one level 5 rage and all my dragons died and left my king to take me to 28% and I failed, he didn't have any clan castle troops but was still able to defend. I see how they are powerful to stop a dragon attack as such but a main concern in most peoples attacks are air defenses and the fact they can stop any air troop with ease. Lastly I would like you to explain to me the "learning experience" that you stated. Thank You.
