But as far as answering the loot problem I don't agree. Who wants to just get it all from pumps and mines? The fun of the game comes from taking it from other bases while trying to keep it from being taken from you. That part of the action is just not possible to do for profit these days. If you want to enjoy a good hard raid against a tough base you have to be prepared to lose money doing it because there are no targets that hold enough to pay for what you put into it. (Or you can go with a cheap raid for less in return, but the economy is still not happening)

Nearly all of the loot you raid originally came from a collector so it would certainly improve the economy slightly. Not my much but should be noticeable.

We already know they are going to do this after all when the 4 more dark troops come out they are going to need at least a one new town hall level which will probably expand the base and get new storages. When those storages come out they are going to need a faster way to get resources which is level 12 collecters.

The question isn't should we get level 12 collectors... it is why SHOULDN'T we get level 12 collectors?

I would definitely like to see this in game.

A serious problem in clans are growth, some people get all of their money off of collectors, which take several days for small upgrades. As this may help the overall economy, it is not a main priority of Supercell.
