Name and shaming, from my understanding, is mostly related to h@ckusations where you name and shame someone without proof of guilt.
Posting IGN from screenshots to discuss I don't think fall under this policy. Otherwise, posting attackers that failed or raids you wrecked, or posting attack logs, would be considered name and shaming....
That would be an instant kick in our clan.
Thanks for the share OP. Gotta good chuckle out of it. Here is my most recent LOL recruit.
We recently had a crazy join. Wanted to add his sister so we OKayed that. Then his friend. Then another friend. Finally, added one more sister. Brought 5 peeps over including himself over the course of a week.
Things were groovy til we came to our clan war on the weekend. We watched one replay after another that looked exactly alike - same army comp, same attack style and plan, same near failure miraculously avoided at the end. 10 replays total that really looked identical.
When we chatted with him about it he admitted all 5 accounts were his- he had taken them over when his siblings quit. He said he was totally burned out from trying to coordinate and plan that many attacks in a row and was very sorry the attacks were not better.
Hard to believe anyone would want/keep/maintain 5 seperate th8 accounts. Muy Loco!
