My husbands army camp isn't roasting carrots anymore but mine is?
Get him to check his settings, he has disabled the Roasting Carrots feature.
There is no such setting.
He has Roasting Carrots disabled in his game settings. They added this feature after some vegetarians complained about the cruel treatment of vegetables in the game. Hope this helps.
Now the troops don't die in the camps when they are attacked, but they get hungry. If you leave them more than a few hours they may eat the carrot to survive. If you leave the troops for too long they begin to eat themselves. Hope this helps.
Sigh the sonata of the army camps...
Settings joke aside, it is because you have different level army camps, the more troops you hold, the more food they need to eat. The better question is why would anyone roast carrots to feed an army.
