Atm global chat is automatically assigned to you, you will be grouped with people from your region, or at least most of the chat population is. I found this is very annoying coz i want to meet more people from another region. I ends up having to install and use VPN for that purpose. Without setting VPN to UK or US, i can hardly find people who speak proper english, it very frustating for social and recruiting purpose.
