Ability to test attack clan members bases

It would be great if clan members could test out each other's bases.
* Add a button in the clan war tab that will have a list of the clan bases similar to the clan war map.
* there you can attack any of your clan members bases.
* no resources gained or lost
* only cost would be the troops you train for the attack or spells used.

This would help clan mates build stronger bases and build defensive strategies and attack strategies.
