Add Report Abuse option Within Clan Chat

Hi Twister or any other supercell Mod,
could you please explain to me (not intending to sound rude) why it is that the player who abused my chat with racial slurs, insults based upon sex and gender, and general swear words multiple times over the last few months has just attempted to join my clan using the "May I join your clan" message box to write, and has not been banned?

"Hey jade Im not banned you *****!"

Please note, this thread was started regarding the same player a month ago, the abuse my clan faced from said players and others started prior to said date.

I have attached a picture... which again I have sent to Support like all of the many past attacks.

Please Supercell Mods do something about this. Why are you allowing your terms of service to be violated?

PS: I do not want to cause a fuss, I simply want to play COC to relax and not be harassed.

I do not see the e-mails to support or the actions taken when they receive these kinds of reports. I can only tell you that it is the proper way to report them.

Steve or Marika would be the only ones who could answer that. If you have your ticket number from the auto-reply to your report, it would help them look it up.

I can provide screen shots or email in the "Request Received" reports I have received as confirmation. However looking at them currently I do not see any "ticket number".

Is there a more private way I can share these emails with you as they contain personal contact information?

I have kept every screen shot of the incident. I have an email confirmation that dates back to April regarding the same issue/player reported yesterday.

The typical and only email response I get. (Only my name has been blanked out) as you can see no "Ticket" number is visible within said email.

Firstly, this is a great game. My kids have been playing this over the summer and I have no complaints in terms of the game itself. The issue I have is with the jumpers or hoppers whatever that are using bad language often of a sexual nature and I think supercell would do well to take some action and distance themselves from this. Unless they are party to it?
They are currently not doing enough. My son is 7 and is really proud that he created a clan today. I logged on tonight to see someone jumped in, said " ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥" and jumped out again. As with most abuse, you cannot unsee this kind of stuff. Take some action please.
