Add Report Abuse option Within Clan Chat

It would be very helpful if a "Report Abuse" button could be implemented within clan chat. While myself or my elders can kick a player for bad behaviour, their truly are no real consequences to deter cyber bullying from occurring in the first place.
This morning I entered my clan chat to see a player had spammed the chat with every vulgar swear word-sexual body part he could think of. The player was kicked immediately and while I sent off an email to supercell including screen shots I felt there was virtually nothing in place which would prevent this issue from occurring again.

Suggestion
If a simple "Report abuse" option could be made available to Clan Leader and Elders within clan chat, the mere existence of this option would deter players from clan-spam-jumping if it meant they could possibly lose their account for their disruptive actions.

NOTE: The option could also only be given to clan leaders to prevent supercell from being flooded with too many reports.

I would like that option very much as there is no consequence for clan hopping or abusive langue. Kicking people only transfers the problem to another person!

SuperCell Mods, I would not be allowed to post screen shots of players in clan chat swearing and using offensive language on the forum. So why is it allowed within the game?

Supercell does not censor or monitor clan chat. It's kind of a hands off approach to allow clans to behave how the clan wishes to a certain degree. That doesn't mean you can violate terms of service rules, but Supercell lets the clans dictate their behavior/chat.

You did exactly what Supercell has asked. If you see TOS violations, screenshot it and report them to support.

I have reported the last two people who used hate-language to spam my chat. I can still see that their accounts (collecting resources, starting new upgrades, ect) are active and nothing has been done to deter this abusive behaviour.

Its hard to imagine this type of behaviour being tolerated in any other form of commercial business.

I would genuinely truly appreciate some help and not the generic CoC Policy speech. :o

PS: You guys simply dont have enough "man-power" to handle the volumes of emails you receive, good intentions aside, there simply isn't an effective framework for preventing discrimination within this game.

i just want a ban option so that players that you really dont want in your clan stay out.

I completely agree and second this. Sure, I could turn the clan settings to "invite only", but part of the fun is meeting new people and chatting with them online. I'm the leader of my clan, and I don't want to have to tolerate posts such as "F*** you all" or "You all are f*gs" just to name a couple of offensive posts that have shown up in our clan chat. It hasn't happened that often, but in each case, the poster will spout off a bunch of insults then leave the clan. I'd like to see there be more consequences to these actions.

Also, have a "banned" list for the clan would help keep some of the riffraff out. They can form their own clans.

Do you have a link to support? I need to report someone.

Report via the gear icon within the game, same thing you use for help or visiting the forum. I've just reported someone for extreme racism in global and in my experience supercell act quickly.
