No Active Clan Leader

Hi i made myself member because i have a question and one problem with the game !

I m in a clan where the leader says that when you give enough troops you wil be clanoudste (the oldest in the clan)

you need to donade a amount of 70 troops to be clan old !

The problem is that the leader of the clan is not more active, you need to make it that the leader who doesnt do anything needs to be kicked out of the clan so that somebody else can be clan leader somebody who is more active
