I am currently investigating possible bullying that is happening in a clan I am involved with. If my concerns are found to be justified what can Supercell do? Obviously in this case I am not able to go to the clan leader.
Any and all advice would be appreciated.
Hi. Bullying should not be allowed period. You need to do screenshots of the chat and email supercell. Also report users that are bullying.
If this in any form starts in my clans these members are out in a minute. You should find a new clan too. There is no place for bullies in the game. :mad::mad:

To the topic, from the term "investigating" it sounds as though this isnt happening to you, if it is, I suggest you leave as a previous poster has already suggested.
If it is happening to someone else then the best thing you can do is encourage them to leave. As someone has already said, taking screenshots (if any are available) and sending them to SC will allow them to make their own decision.

Our helpful forumers are right. Please take screenshots of any bullying going on and include them in an in game report to Supercell.
I'm sorry that you have to deal with that. But it sounds like you are on top of it, and that's good!

yea this should not be going on..the point of a clan is fellowship and working together to win wars and further your bases...you really should go to the clan leader and have the bully kicked or atleast talked to and see if the issue can be resolved.Quote:

Say something. Speak up. Even if it's the clan leader doing the bullying. You might get kicked but so what? There are millions of other clans you can join. And if you speak up publicly to call out a bully then you give other people confidence to speak up for themselves.

I don't understand how it's not the responsibility of the 'victim' to leave the clan? If I didn't like the way I was treated in a clan, I would leave it.
I'm not sure how screenshots are evidence of anything. You could be having a heated argument with someone in your clan and decide to take a screen shot when none of your comments are visible. Seems a bit ridiculous to me.
Yes, there's a report button but there's also a mute button (in global), a leave button (in your clan), a kick button (if it's necessary) and an off button (on the device you're playing on. It's not like a work place where you need to be to support your family or a school you're legally required to attend. It's a game. It's supposed to be for fun. If anyone's clan is stopping the game from being fun, I'd expect them to leave.
