When you nerfed hogs, the entertainment value of this forum went up at least tenfold. The sheer amount of angst, hand wringing and crying brought joy to my life.
If people were that sad over the nerfing of hogs, I can't IMAGINE how much sadness there would be if you were to nerf barch.
Dear gods of greifing, please hear my prayer and announce that barch has been nerfed. Please...?

Nerfing barch(barbs and archers) will mean you're nerf ing BARCH, all arch, giant-arch farming strat, and mass barbs (Most people who started the game use this)
Hogs didnt get nerfed.
Pretty sure cheap armies like Barch is what drove the game to popularity. If a new player was trying out this game and finds that you have to wait around an hour to make a good army to raid with, then more than likely the game's going to get deleted within seconds.
Large percentage of the game's population is comprised of farmers and most of these farmers use cheap armies. And SC makes a large portion of their money from farmers that boost barracks and such. So there's no way they're getting rid of Barch.
What I would like to see is instead of nerfing Barch, make it harder to win. 50% is just too easy to get a victory. when 50% of the buildings take seconds to be taken down by weak army compositions.
