Should SC do something about open Town Halls?

Your threat to take back what's yours via revenge is an empty one. This is the internet, and apparently every single person and their grandmother can 3 star my base with a mass goblin army.

You call it smart farming, I call it exploit. Remember when top players used to revenge themself with their alternate accounts so that they get shielded from actual attackers? Farming shields are basically the same thing.

There are a few ways SC can stop it:
1) by making the loss of a TH more consequencial in terms of loot loss
2) by making the loss of a TH less rewarding in terms of shield time
3) by increasing the appeal of winning on defense
