Do you guys think something should be done about open town halls to make it less rewarding? Just want to see opinions here. Not like I can really control these things, but please no flame wars, just opinions. :)

I have it outside, but it sure as hell isn't protecting any loot most of the time.
You can't go around saying you don't want anyone to touch your loot and then complain about the lack of loot. If you want loot to be available then you have to make it so more bases can't get these free shields. Otherwise be quiet, enjoy your free shield and lack of loot.
No,why should they?
Since I started playing CoC my TH have been outside. No.
Why?
TenTH's
I understand the general argument behind this however I remain unconvinced.
The issue is that we do not know how often our towns are nexted.
If I am attacked and sniped 10 mins after me logging off - does that mean its the first person to come across my base - or has it been nexted several times by people not happy with my loot and/or base type?
Everyone who comes across my base has the same choice to attack or not to attack. For all I know my base may have been nexted over 100 times before someone has decided to snipe.
I don't think SC intended for trophies to be so easy to get, also, it kind of defeats the perpose of CoC by giving out trophies and sheilds all the day long. I also think what GuildedTheives said is very imortaint. It would probably increase the loot around bases, no need to next 1,000 times. Not very Clashy.
I have my TH outside myself right now, but I don't think I would need to if no one else did. (Which of course they wouldn't unless SC made the sheild shorter or something)
I also have a few reasons why they should keep it how it is but I don't think anyone needs them ;) At the moment I think SC probably should do something about it eventually.
