Cancel Upgrade and return all resources from it with a few gems!

For example:
Building X-Bow - Cancel for free (return a half of purchased resources) or for gems (return all purchased resources - for example: 100 000 gol3d purchased = gems, 1 000 000 elixir purchased = 30 gems, 10 000 dark elixir purchased = 30 gems

This is an ok idea i cant think of any way to explot it but ill keep thinking other wise a good idea
