WAR CC TROOPS can be MODIFIED by LEADERS

No, that is not what I said, read more carefully. What I said is that I never needed the controls you are asking for!
If that would happen in my clan, I would chat to the person and explain that is not preferred next time and build understanding, I would never ever blame the person as there was most likely good intention.

Only one comment to this: If you don´t have the time to lead your clan and coach your clanmembers, stop being a clan leader, it is as simple as that! Seriously!

It's a painful task asking each and every member of your clan to switch troops if they are not to our satisfaction. So i think this is a brilliant idea to counter all WAR CC issues. A leader can remove any set of troops from anybody's war cc, since afterall, the responsibility and know-how lies mostly with the leader. The other members may or may not understand.

I find it difficult to ask each and every member to make changes to war cc because they are either in different time zones, or they dont see messages or dont understand English.

Why should they change what is in their war CC just because you arent happy with it. In fact, members probably know their own bases than the "all knowing" leader does and members should be allowed to decide for themselves what troops to have in the CC. IF you are requesting this because wb and goblins pop in in your war CC, then you need to solve the issue of bad troops donated to war CC by coaching your members to donate specific troops and kick the ones that cant follow rules

Counter -

- Members are never against having their low lvl troops exchanged for similar higher lvl troops. Infact they appreciate it. And this makes a big difference to winning an losing (some people have at times donated lvl1 drag instead of lvl4)

- Members are not always active to check their cc donations. Some have busy lives and they accept whatever is donated and move on. And only login to do war attacks at times, and farm a bit.

- Different time zones make it impossible to co-ordinate things. So it's easier to agree upon donations once a week or for a set number of wars, and for few people to manage the donations. Since Leader is assumed to be active mostly, it makes sense that he be empowered to modify CC donations.
We're a family. No we don't have WB Goblins issue. We have higher lvl troops available at times, and we have a major communication issue as we're an international clan with people from East Asia, Middle East, Uk, Rest of Europe, South Asia, and the US. It's not feasible to ask each member every war at their convenience to get low lvl troops replaced by higher lvls.

- It would definitely help the WB Goblins issue too in clans with few inactive members who arent around to modify cc troops for few days, and whom you don't want to boot.

- If Leader abuses the privilege am sure the clan won't survive long.

- Best 40K ever spent in Coc.
