4th Mortar?

Since they fixed the system of Mortars and Wizard towers, they long no "reboot the target" which stuck in loop.. They will simply moved to new target with no time of reload. Mortars could be "useful" but for higher level, probably not cause Mortars can do nothing to Dragons nor Pekkas. Dang, what is origin of Pekka anyways?!
