Supercell will respond to your emails!
I made a post recently about how Sc will not respond to your emails, and I was wrong. I had issue with making a purchase on a discount offer of diamonds and emailed them about the problem and it took them longer than I felt necessary to respond-I emailed them Friday evening and they responded Monday morning-fair enough. They did not say they would give me the offer that I was originally offered but they would give me a 10% bonus on any offer/or full priced diamond purchase I made in the next 7 days.. Stemmed kinda lame since I had a 60% off the $5 package for 130 diamonds for $2 but hey.. Just today I received a 60% off discount on the $20 package for $8 for 570 diamonds, which I purchased-and was actually able to. So since I took the time to complain, I wanted to take the time to say I was wrong, and say thanks.
Village lost - PLEASE help with the ticket

Could you please help me resolve this ticket#640966)? My son has spent a lot of money (and time) and now has lost his village. I need somebody at Supercell to help us reconnect his account to his village.
We are pretty desperate.

And yes, purchase related issues take precedence as they involve real money transactions, which are often more time sensitive and urgent for users than bugs and/or design suggestions.
diamond purchase problem = no reply emails from SC
Recently I had a problem in purchasing diamonds. Made my purchase and got my receipt, but no diamonds were transferred to my HayDay profile.
Sent email to SuperCell and got no reply. Waited a week and sent another email including my receipt in the transaction- still never got a reply from SuperCell.
Finally about 3 or 4 weeks later, 275 diamonds were added to my account but still no reply from SuperCell. Even checked my spam folders.
Then the only email I finally got from them was an automated one asking for my opinion of their customer service. Thought that was kinda funny.
