New Dark Troop: The Frost Devil!

Description: This Frozen Menace is out to destroy Inferno Towers! But beware, his icy body is fragile against the explosive power of bombs and mortars.
Appearance: giant-sized blue skinned devil with red eyes, black devil horns, and black goatee. Wears only a black loin cloth, and has hooves for feet.
Attack: appears the same as the dragon attack but is light blue in color and is fired from his hands.
Strengths:
High HP is so that other defenses have a hard time bringing him down on his way to the inferno tower; as well as so he can withstand the massive damage output they deal (at least for a moment)
X3 damage against Inferno Towers
Causes "Chill Out" effect when damage is dealt: Enemy attacks at half speed for 3 seconds and causes them to receive 150% damage from all other attacks (effects all targets including heroes, cc troops, defenses, walls, and all other buildings.... Since the Frost Devil attacks every 1.5 seconds, the chill out effect will remain constant so long as the frost devil continues to deal damage)
(Key Point: chill out causes enemy DPS to be at 1/2 capacity similar to a poison spell just without draining health/and against inferno tower it also allows for troops to be healed even while under its streaming attack, which is crucial)
(Note: only other troops will deal 150% damage to targets under "chill out", the initial frost devil that initiates the effect will continue to deal damage at 100%)
Upon death sends out an icy shockwave with a 2 tile radius (size of lightning spell strike) that freezes everything it touches for 3 seconds
(Main purpose is to halt the streaming attack of inferno tower so it would have to build up power again)
Weaknesses:
Big Bombs and Bombs do X10 Damage
Mortars do x5 damage
Vunerable to spring traps

Offensive Strategy:
The best way to use frost devils would be to drop them behind a golem(s) and/or giants, which will give them protection from other defenses; and will help the golem and giants do more damage to walls because of "chill out" effect. Wallbreakers or earthquake could help too.
The idea is to get him deeper into the base and as close as possible to the inferno towers without getting hit too much, which will allow him to make short work of the inferno towers once he reaches them. (Once infernos are under the chill out effect any troops it attacks can be healed making a golem in front of the frost devil a very effective strategy)
Another use for this troop is to drop him AFTER both infernos are already destroyed, because then he will attack anything near him and his chillout effect can help your remaining army deal more damage to the rest of the base.
(Similar to how the volcano mage concept would function) this would be its primary use in a th10 vs th9 battle, giving th10 a useful edge over th9 since no inferno towers are present to begin with
Defensive Strategy:
Use good placement of bombs, spring traps, and big bombs, spread out your mortars so all four effectively cover the center of your base, and try to make the inferno towers as difficult to reach as possible.
THIS would be an awesome troop to have become available at th10, and would give th10 something more to offer now that freeze spells have been made available at th9.
