Cost to max out my base at Town Hall 9?

A couple of you guys know me as Patrick/Chief Pat from PlayClashOfClans, my YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/playclashofclans). I lurk the forums all the time and get a lot of great ideas from here! I never post though, I thought I'd write this as a little introduction :)
Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has a calculator could help me calculate the cost (in gems or US dollars) it would take for me to max out my base at Town Hall 9 for some research on a new video I'm making.
Here are the statistics I would max them from:
Barracks: Maxed
Gold/Elixir Storages: Maxed
Gold Mines/Elixir Pumps: Maxed
1 DE Barracks: Maxed
Cannons: 4x Level 9, 1x Level 10
Archer Towers: 5x Level 10
Hidden Teslas: 3x Level 2
Air Defense: 3x Level 5
Mortars: 3x Level 6
Barb King: Level 1
Clan Castle: Level 4
Wizards: 2x Level 5, 1x Level 4
Army Camps: 4x Level 6
DE Storage: 1x Level 3
DE Barracks: 1x Level 2
Spell Factory: 1x Level 3
Town Hall: 1x Level 8
Walls: 50x Level 7, 175x Level 6
DE Drill: 1x Level 2
Laboratory: 1x Level 6 (Listing troops below that aren't maxed)
-Barbs Level 5
-Archers Level 5
-Giants Level 5
-Balloons Level 4
-Wizards Level 4
-PEKKAs Level 2
-Rage Spell Level 4
-Jump Spell Level 1
-Minions Level 2

I think those cover it all. I'd also have to account for all the new units I unlock at TH9:

1x Wizard Tower

1x Hidden Tesla
2x Crossbows
1x DE Drill
1x Archer Queen
Is there a calculator that could perhaps help me estimate this? Thanks for reading.
