Th9s. How long did you stick with Ringus farming design?

Hello folks. Im what most would consider a mid th9 i think. I'm starting to get "beat up" by th10s and some advanced 9s and am thinking about transitioning away from Ringus. I guess i should tell you what I've upgraded to. Ive got mostly skulls with some legos, maxed wizard towers, teslas, two maxed AD, maxed mortars, and cannons/archer towers one level from max. Am I at the point, I should move away from Ringus, or is Ringus appropriate for my defensive levels? I move between gold 2 and crystal 2. Thanks for the help.

ps...my xbows are level 2 as well

Its been 3 months for me and I plan to stick to it for some more time. I stay in Gold III though :p

It looks like youre more advanced than i, so maybe I should just stay out of crystal.

Yeah, you can try that. Actually I have been to all leagues, in some leagues loots were dry, in others I was thrashed by might TH10's. Finally, G3 seemed to work for me w.r.t. loots and defense. So, I planed to stay here. But this is just my point of view. This might or might not work for others. You have to always keep on experimenting and figure out which one works best for you.. :)

I used Ringus for awhile and loved it. Only reason I changed was to see how my current base would hold up. Anyone that needs a base I reccomend Ringus for TH9

Imho ringus has always been good only against mass hogs…with this base you can loose 2 elixir and 2 gold sot rages too easily. Now hogs are disappeared…i suggest you to try a normal farming base and rely on your strong fire power

used it through most of my TH9 times and now I am using ringus10

Lets face it, the ringus may be "good" but too many people know how to destroy it. I know where all the traps, teslas, and air bombs are and I know the exact point to lure cc and attack from. Its better if you make your own.

I'm almost maxed TH9 (3 cannons and some small bombs left) and ringus is still holding for me in gold 1 - crystal 3

I'm a mid level th9 and I've gone through a half dozen different base designs but keep coming back to ringus. I'll be using it till th10.
