What to do as a brand-new TH9?

Hello, I'm close to getting TH9 as a pretty close-to-max TH8. I'll be sure to have full storages but probably not the Dark Elixir storage though... :/ (Sucks that I won't get the AQ immediately...)
Plus I'll have an extra 500k elixir and gold from recent clan war, what do you guys think is the best thing to do as a new TH? Get both X-Bows at once? Upgrade Laboratory? Max Camps?

What do you think?
(NOTE: I only have three builders. I was a noob at first and wasted the gems... I haven't spent a cent on the game, just farmed everything legitimately. Hey, this is an F2P game right?)

Lab and army camps all the way! Because they improve your attack power...For gold upgrades the 2 xbows first and then new wiz tower and AD!

EDIT: Don't forget to upgrade your CC!

The first you should do is getting your two new x-bows (they help a lot) and all your new buildings. Upgrading lab is also an essential because you should always be upgrading troops. The first troops that I upgraded were archers&barbs for farming, loons are also a great upgrade for balloonion, the change from level5 to 6 is amazing. But I recommend you to upgrade the troops that you use more. You should also get your new troops (witches and hounds) for clan wars. I also upgraded my two drills to level6 for upgrading my heroes faster.

The first buildings you should upgrade are splash defense (Mortars and wiz towers) and Xbows.
With elixir you should upgrade your army camps and your dark barracks.
And with dark elixir you should upgrade your queen to level 5 at least.

Thank you very much for your answer! But which of these should I buy first? Mind I only have three builders, so the amount of stuff that I can buy/upgrade at once is pretty tight, being a new TH, you'll have so much stuff to buy! D:

So should I get both x-bows at once? if so then don't worry, I'll have an extra 500k from war loot to sustain nexting costs. of course, after I buy ALL the new stuff :p

I've never understood people bragging because they don't buy gems...

Xbow #2 - 1 builder
Lab - 1 builder ( This is for getting the level 6 troops asap )

Next up you should get all the new buildings first and then the spell factory and the work on the 4 army camps to get the 20 extra troops. This would really help you in future raids :)

I'm a new TH9 too. So far, I've been focusing mainly on AQ upgrades and lvl 9 walls. Balloons (lvl 6) were the first troop I upgraded, then the witch to lvl 2. Not sure which troop I want to do next though...

What's so special about lvl 9 wall? Are they shoot legos on enemy foot?

Yes, when people step on them, you're instantly mentally and physically damaged for quite a while, it's like putting your hand inside a bullet and glove for a minute...
