How about a cyborg for just the regular barracks but it should replace goblins no one ever uses them so replace that with that so the people how are a low town hall can rank up faster and get better stuff.

My army consists of over 50% goblins. I don't use them in war. They're the cash cows, i make heaps of loot with them. Mmmmm, money.
I wouldn't necessarily add cyborgs in a medieval theme game. Cyborgs are more high tech which doesn't make much sense. I'd go with another troop that is more based on medieval games.
