Well technically...
A TH 10 has 5,000 hitpoints available
a TH 7 only has lvl 4 archers available which deal 16 damage per second. Since there are 180 seconds (3 minutes) available in a raid, if a TH 7 deployed 1 archer to TH snipe a TH10, 16 X 180 = 2880 damage, he would not win the raid with a TH snipe.

Lol, TH7s at 3600+ go for 50% using all drags, it's very achievable.

1. Clash of clans for me cant open as the country i am in, does not let COC open without a VPN even if I wanted.
2. I don't have her GC, sorry :(
