Recently got P.E.K.K.A to 3 and currently upgrading Golem to 2. While I could easily dragon or hog this base, I was considering trying my first GoWiPe raid since it's looks to be a good base for a first try and three stars. Would love to hear how more experienced people would attack this base. Also, should I bother luring the castle? I thought about using just a single Golem and 4 P.E.K.K.A. Also considered dropping two Golems in the upper right corner to cover the mortars.
If you decide to golem it, you should go in from the left side. Use a few barb to lure out the clan castle. And because the cc is taking up space in the left compartment it should be easy to attack once you get the clan castle troops out.

Thanks for the responses. So would I be deploying golems on each side on the compartment with the castle or in the corner and having wallbreakers bust in the castle compartment?
Bait West but lure to East where BK is so your troops can dispatch of BK early. Also note the CC has a ton of health, where as the BK platform is easy to pop, making your way to TH faster.
Get a clanmate to pop a witch or 2 in your CC.

Hey Kruzkal, thanks for response. I ended up hogging it for the easy stars. Wasn't quite sure what to expect from the golems. As I have not had the chance to use it yet, I couldn't plan the attack enough to be comfortable using it. The way I assumed it, the golems would have went to the funnels with the cannon? Still looking forward to using GoWiPe soon though.

Also, the army comp I'm using for GoWiPe at TH8 is:
- 2x Golems Lv2
- 2x PEKKAs Lv3 (one level five in CC from my nice clan mates :rolleyes:)
- 12x WBs Lv5 (depends on the layout, if it's rubbish and easy to break in, then less WBs and one more wizard or so)
- 16x Wizards Lv5
- 2x Archers Lv5 to fill up the space
Usually results in a nice three-star on TH8s or a close one at "easy" TH9s...
P.S: Good that you got him with Hogs, but they suck by now to be honest, with the GB buff and such... :P
Is GoWiPe actually going to be able to 3-star that base? I'm trying to pick up the strategy as well. Seems like an easy base to use dragons on for 3.
Because if they had 5 lvl6 Wiz in CC they can dust your Golems in just over 3 seconds leaving your Pekkas and Wizards vulnerable.Quote:

That said it may not be that important at TH8 but in my experience I can hit much higher with GoWiWiPe than GoWiWi or GoWiPe, and if I can bait it, I can 3* it so it's just good practice to lure CC really.
