A good idea for clan wars is to be able donate potions to your fellow clan members. Or even in every day battles. It would be similar to the clan castle. Could even be in the potion factory.

Donating spells* would be very overpowered. Max levels could attack with upto 6 spells.
True but it would be for lower levels and also it could be just specific for clan wars.
