deleting a troop from cc in war deletes the whole stack, please make it delete only one troop as it does with regular cc and army camp, another example of misclicking would be donate 2 wizards but accidently 3rd click and the plan was 2 wizard 3 archer, no use wasting 2 wizards to get rid of 1
BIG ONE: shutting off war abilities for clan members (co and leader only), some people might take a vacation and tell you, no need to kick them out, but that leaves an empty member that cant attack, why not put him on war mute and let another member take his place, if i have 21 members yet one is obviously not gonna be there to participate, why make the 1 active not be in when the inactive is, and this could also leave room for training low levels as well, putting them on hold for war as they upgrade and learn, so say i have 20 members, but 5 are very very low leveled, mute them until they are ready and participate in 15v15 i can rant more about this but choose not to (also maybe just letting the player opt out of war, less controlling that way, but if a leader mutes you you cant unmute yourself til the next war is over or the leader does so)
live watching does not always work.. i think this counts as a bug but.. itd be nice to be able to always watch instead of only half the time
this is a thought but not as purposeful as the others, let members submit war base ideas to other members, and they can choose to accept the changes or keep them, also a good thing for war prep day, let us have maybe 2-3 preset bases that we make, for planning on prep day, on prep day we pick which one to use (or default its the last one used), this way the bases will match according to what we think the other clan is capable of, if we see tons of barracks level 8-9, we can swap to a better gaurded against air base, if most of the clan only has level 7, its safe to assume air defense isnt as needed and swap to a better gaurded for ground attacks
war loot bonus, i cant help but feel its very low.. either increasing it or making in the battle loot better, maybe proportionate to the attackers townhall and penalize for attacking ths more than 1 lower than yours?
a chat specifically for war planning would also be very great, and would keep clan chat from being flooded with plans
let there be a log of who donated what to the war map, it is really annoying trying to find out who donated the wrong things especially since some wont fess up

Clan improvements:
hop prevention, there is too many hoppers around, so force a member to stay for a full day before leaving, really if people are so impatient to join the first clan they see with anyone they can, they shouldnt be playing a game that tries your patience constantly, its not like you cant view the clan and see what youre getting into, also a lot of them join just to steal your troops, this would prevent the join request leave tactic and the clans that are specifically clans that are for BOOSTING the achievement for donating to clan members, that is ♥♥♥♥♥ing, its helpful, but its ♥♥♥♥♥ing and against what a lot feel a clan should be but making a person wait a full day would make them actually THINK before acting and force them to stay around long enough to see if that clan is active, the exception being if the person is kicked, that person can join any clan they want
addition to preventing hops, a good way to alert the elders and leaders about that persons loyalty, such as "kicked x times" "left x times" "has been in x clans", all of this just on the persons profile just so they know not to let the person in claiming they are "loyal"
add into clan chat who invited the members that joined by invite
add level limit to "required" options
allow fellowships, between friendly clans, these fellowships would be allowed to swap members out(with approval of the transfer by other clans leaders for feeder purposes or swapping between a war clan and a friendly or farming clan) and chat in their own tabs (you click the fellowship tab, then the clan you wanna talk to)
add a warning point feature, such as a marker next to or under the name, such as member 19 does something wrong, he gets a point (points have cool down per member to prevent multiple authority members giving multiple points for same offense i.e. he becomes offensive or you notice hes not donating past few days, 2 members see it, both go for point, that would make 2 points but its one offense), that point stays for the full 2 weeks of cycle, and those points are infinite, but would help with looking at clan list and deciding who needs to be kicked, such as, 3 violations in 2 weeks youd know it might be time to kick the person or try to seriously talk to them and if they dont listen, kick
add a "last online" timer under names, it can update every hour or 30 minutes, it allows to see whos been offline and not just "lurking"
let members attack each other, no losses or gains from it (troops included), to show members weakness in their base, it is much easier than explaining "oh the spot next to the left collector you need to move 2 spaces to the left because this this and this", another option would be similar to the share replay feature "share base advice", in village edit mode, you click save, then you have the option to share and save or just save and exit, the new village is posted in clan chat as replays are, the members can comment on it in clan chat as they would by viewing, but they can look at it as if it was village edit mode, and make small adjustments then they can share that, it would be a replay of the movements they made to your base, then you can choose to keep the changes, or use some of their ideas (since you just saw the replay for yourself)
clan chat gets buried too easy, increase the size, also the allowed size per message, either that or make seperate tabs for different reasons, (or buttons within the original one to click to view the different sections) this is especially true during lots of replay share sessions or talking about fixing bases or attacking in war
its too late for this, but i believe clan names should be unique, typing in something like spartans, will bring up quite a lot of clans... if theres a way to implement this..
this would be interesting but not neccasary, something like campaign, but for clans to do together, maybe 10 members at a time, a map of bases to attack and they attack that base in tandem, hopefully wiping it out, loot is split amongst the members, the less people the better the loot but the harder the challenge (each member gets maybe 50 slots to use in troops)
and something i think needs to be done, ill repeat this in another section, but PLEASE make a clan recruitment chat that isnt attached to global, theres WAAAAAY to many "free co join here" "for war join here" "we need members" "were recruiting" "i need clan(followed by about 10 people saying name of asker join here please)" "please join" and add a spam filter on that chat too, its unfair that someone that wants to be annoying and post 500 messages can bury someone trying to be polite about its messages like make the recruit page have 1 minute cool down per message, and then the people saying "need clan" will be able to get invites instead of a whole bunch of beggars spamming
Basic game experience:
if the idea above does not get implemented, at least give global different channels and not be randomized, its annoying to have a great conversation then disconnect and never see that person again cause theyre in a clan and so are you, or at least give us a friend/pm feature
allow us to save different bases to swap from (presets we make)
allow us to do as we do with war base and copy layout, but in reverse
barrack presets (we get 3 or 5, the barracks will auto load with the troops once we select the troop layout)
attack our own base, no losses, just testing our base and testing our attack skills (well i guess you can raid your own storages but.. no point, youre giving it to your self)
something interesting would be.. themes this can wait til all the dark troops and wave of updates of course, but, itd be in decorations tab, to give your base a different look or feel to it, such as war base is different background and color scheme, maybe for 5mil+ we can buy a theme for our base (allowing preview first) and thats how the base will appear to attackers (ideas : snowy, corrupt land -would look great with th9-, spring time, oriental (like cherry blossoms), barren wasteland, desert, darkness/night) this would also change the way your natural growing obstacles look, such as in the dessert trees become cacti
thats most i can think of right now
FIX:
the main problem i see in the game, is a major imbalance in balloons, especially with lava hounds being released, theyre the absolute hardest thing to beat if theyre level 5 and 6 and the other person is using upgraded heal and rage spells, they and minions almost guarantee a 3 star.. especially with lavahounds taking all the damage from air defense, (not to mention if heroes help its too the damage is carnal), dragons are bad too but theyre not over powered, at least they attack everything flying slow and powerful(albeit high HP) and theres a good chance of timer running out early, balloons just ride a heal spell or 2 into the base then get raged through all the defenses crippling the whole base and the rest of the base is defenseless
my suggestions
a. make balloons have less hp, maybe giving a bit more area splash tho to compromise
b. (my favorite and most logical) make archer towers do 1.5x or 2x damage to balloons, giving them a fighting chance
c. more air bombs and or air defenses
d. and my leader came up with this, make air defenses more powerful
I have many more ive came up with at one point or another im sure, will edit them in as i think about them
Also im sorry if any of the ideas match ruled out, ill delete them as i see them, but i was going through my brainstorms, and im sure at least a small handful of these are shared ideas by some one some where
