We've all had that moment
You were gonna attack, but that jerk attacked you and now you have a shield
You wanted to revenge them SO hard
So you clicked here

1) Army planning
You want to make sure you have the right army to attack
What are you going to get back? Trophies? Loot? Both?
No matter which one you choose, you need to have the proper army
Visiting them helps you plan, because you can see how the base is setup
Protip: For trophies, use all archers

2) Clan "visiting"
Sometimes, the person you want to revenge has an "anyone can join" clan
You can "visit" them and check the guy you want to raid
This will reveal his traps/hidden teslas
You may want to take a picture and memorize the trap locations
Once you are finished, leave the clan

3) Tips when visiting
Don't get this mixed up with "Clan "visiting""
This is for visiting his/her base
Make sure their clan castle doesn't have any troops
If it does, pack in a lightning spell
Check both their storages and collectors when you are trying to revenge for loot
Take a picture of their base, print it, and draw out your attack plan

4) Q&A
Q. If someone attacks you and does significant damage and you get a decent shield, is it worth it to waste it?
A. No, wait until it is done

Q. Would you revenge a noob who failed an 8 dragon attack, has a really bad base layout, but managed to get 1/3 of your gold storages? He has no resources at the moment, what a pity

A. Well, it depends what you are going for, loot, or trophies

BUMP! thanks im gonna revenge one dude without clan hopping lol. i always full star them or 39% with tons of loot. My alt account is level 31, and when it was level 25 it got full-star`d by a level 85, and he only stole 2k loot, WHY THE FINGER WOULD HE DO THAT???

This is hilarious but it won't work for me because every person who atackks me is like town hall level 7 and has level 8 archers and cannons.

I probably wanted some of your trophies for one reason or another.

On topic: This thread is full of meh. Btw, anyone who tries to join my clan to scout a revenge on one of my clanmates should expect a pile of unpleasant join requests for the upcoming weeks.

Just wait until your shield is gone. You can save your revenge till whenever you're ready, unless you happen to be attacked so many times that your whole list is filled with fresh replays and revenges.

how do i approach this base? i was attacked by a full army and i want my revenge!!!:) i know he/she didnt touch my gold storages but i raid whoever has loot lol

so anyways this is what he/she used

Ur best bet, is attacking in the bottom left avoiding archer queen and cc. Use 2 lighting spells preferably on bottom right mortar. Then send giants in the left side to wipe out where the mortar archer cannons and wizard tower is using a rage spell (healer would be useless in this attack. Use archers to wipe surrounding area about 10-12 wbs. Use lighting spell first, send in giants in with about 5-6 wbs then activate rage spell in that radius. Send some archers in behinds but ensure u use archers to wipe defenses at bottom. You have a bit of an edge with xbows as they look set to air and ground so there not covering as much area. If you have a level 4 spell factory an extra rage spell may work better to your raid being 70-80% successful.

If you place wall breakers through bottom left why giants are attack there's a very strong possibility you will open up the, middle. Placement is important though. GL man.
