There should be easier ways to recruit people other than looking through your attack log or real life. We (the people) should be able to send messages to players outside of the clan and try to convince them to join ours instead or staying in theirs, or just searching players and recruiting them. Without those it would be hard for small clans with low amount of trophies to get started.
