I started 13 days before you by the way and you're three levels behind me! :O I have more upgraded than you though, except for walls.
I maxed everything except for the collectors and mines before moving on to level 8 hall, including all purple walls, all dragon barracks, all troops :D
Same plans for my level 8 hall :)
I would suggest to quickly build DE Storage and prioritize 10,000 DE to get Barb King lv1 first.
With initial investment, he's mini PEKKA for virtually free every 60 mins.
- additional troop count beyond 200 space
- no elixir cost needed
- don't occupy one barrack to train
- TH7 don't even get access to real PEKKA
You are here long enough to understand that neither is that a "practically maxed" TH7 but also that there is a thread for TH7 base designs (as you practically just show your base off).
- You can get lvl 6 army camps at TH6
- ................. lvl 8 barracks at TH6
- ................. lvl 3 clan castle at TH6
For upgrades... splash damage before anything else (maybe except army camps.....)
- you've still got one lvl 3 wizard tower
Let's do the calculation...
1x lvl 3 clan castle = 1x 1 day
4x lvl 11 storages = 4x 2 days
1x lvl 2 DE storage = 1x 3 days
4x lvl 6 army camps = 4x 3 days
1x lvl 4 wizard tower = 1x 4 days
3x lvl 9 barracks = 3x 7 days and 16 hours
1x lvl 2 DE barrack = 1x 8 days
now come the deal breakers....
12x lvl 11 mines/ collectors = 12x 10 days
2x lvl 5 air defense = 2x 11 days
2x lvl 3 tesla = 2x 10 days
175 x 200000 = 35000000
Total of 221 days or roughly 55.25 days with 4 builders.... I won't put the costs as this is just too depressing.
I personally would see that you upgrade these before going to TH8:
1. DE storage (no matter if you use de troops or not... it's a waste to not collect it)
2. army camps
3. clan castle
4. wizard tower
5. barracks
while keeping 2 builder busy with air defense and tesla (as they take the longest time).
That still leaves you with 84 days (21 days with 4 builders).
However... I can tell that being at TH8... I'd prefer to stay longer at TH7 to max everything because upgrade times only get longer, resource costs only get higher (naturally). You won't escape all this by upgrading early, you just make it more painful.
