January 14th, 2013 but I took a month break from the middle of March to the middle of April.

What would Harry Potter do?

I stayed at TH6 for 1 day and TH7 for 3 days before upgrading to TH8. Im not maxing at all, is it a bad idea to upgrade fast?

Yes. Max EVERYTHING before going to TH9.
