Reward system to be used by clanleader

What do you think about the new idea to introduce a reward system which can be used by the clanleader only to reward good clanmembers.

the purpose is to give a selected , contributing or good player of the clan a certain amount of gold/ elixir. This gold would come out of a special vault, which is daily filled by all clanmembers. A small amount of the daily production would be transferred to the vault and only the clanleader can use this vault to reward selected players of his/her clan.

he can not use the treasure for himself, but really to reward.

a vote would be put in place where only the clanelder can vote or propose a clanmember for a reward. Jthis adds some value to being clanelder.

Great idea! The elder recommendation thing might be a bit complicated, but i like the idea of ppl being rewarded for donations etc!

Hey MrH, it is not needed to have elder recommendation, it would be an added possible poll, if a suggested is made. Clanleader is able to select himself or based on a recommendation...

every way of donating gold/elixer is ruled out

i'm a clan leader lvl 71 if I give one of my lvl 16 members like 100k for me it is nothing for him it is it very much.

The amount of donating gold... Can be limited... The purpose is to reward members, not to give them a huge jump forward...

perhaps the amount that a player can get is limited by his lvl?

I agree I think this has been ruled out- but only if gold / elixir is the reward. Perhaps other types of rewards could be used. Perhaps a production speed up or special statue / decoration in your camp.

Only gems should be able to be donated, and only purchased gems (not found or achievement ones).

Nice idea! This isnt ruled out and cannot be abused...I think lol. The only problem is the boost would have to come from SC...they might prefer it if it came from us. But if gold/elix is ruled out, which it is, this is a better alternative :)
