Bounty Loot
In my opinion, this would make attacking bases with low raidable resources more desirable as well as the incentive to actually destroy a base rather than taking all the resources and quitting early.
Basically, every time you skip, or fail to one star a base, the cost you paid to see or "next" that base would be added to that villages bounty total. So If I was to skip a villiage and I'm TH8, 580 gold would be added to that villiages bounty total.
Now, this bounty will add up, especially with bases with low raidable resources that farmers don't want, or very heavily defended bases that trophy hunters might be too scared to attack. If a base successfully defends or gets nexted 10 times, by say a TH8, then that bounty will be up to 5.8k already.
To steal this bounty, you would need to one star the base for 1/3 the bounty, 2 star for 2/3 the bounty and if you happen to 3 star the base, you would get all the bounty. If you one star the base, the rest of the bounty would not disappear, but would be still there for the next person who attacks.
The villiage owner would not have anything to do with his or her bounty. The bounty system would be an incentive for attackers only.
Just an idea to promote others to attack bases they wouldn't normally attack. Opinions are appreciated.

Perfect!
Great idea! The amount may have to be tweaked, but ive given it an easy 5 stars!

interesting, and a great way to keep gold that would otherwise leave the system in play...very interesting.

finallly something that that gold would go to. I actually like this idea and I think that it will be noticed by supercell as well, it would fix there problem with the too low amount of bonus you get.

Excellent Proposal
This is a really good idea. I have always wished they would change how the gold literally dissapears from the game. This system would make raiding that much more exciting!

* Bonus/award if attacker skips your village - partial payment to you on match fee
