Deconstruct troops!

I think you should be able to deconstruct troops in your army camps with a new building, the deconstructor. When it's built, you can destroy troops in army camps to gain a reward after a period of time. I think it should give you 75-175% of the original cost; 75-225% of the original cost in gold; for regular elixir troops, 0.5-1.1% of the original cost in dark elixir; or 1-2 gems per housing space. For dark troops, it can give you 90-190% of the original cost, 15000-30000% of the original cost in gold, or 3-5 gems per housing space. Additionally, it takes 5 minutes to deconstruct per housing space.

Stats: At level 1, it has 250 health and costs 1000000 elixir(th8 required)
At level 2, it has 270 health and costs 3000000 elixir(th9 required)
At level 3, it has 300 health and costs 8000000 elixir(th10 required)

It can deconstruct 2/3/5 troops at a time, corresponding with level.
It takes 3/7/14 days to build/upgrade
Deconstructing a troop takes up to 3000/5000/7000 gold (maximum cost of 110% of the troop's cost and 2000% for dark troops(in gold)
For example, a hog rider level 1 would consume 800 gold and take 25 minutes to deconstruct. A dark troop can give you dark elixir, gold and gems.
Another example is a barbarian level 5. He would take 110 gold and 5 minutes to deconstruct. An elixir troop can give you elixir, dark elixir, gold and gems.
The last example is a Pekka level 1. She would take 3000/5000/7000 gold to deconstruct, because that's under 110% of the normal cost at any level for her, and would take 125 minutes to deconstruct.
