PeWiHe combo?

Bit of background: I'm a th8 about to unlock pekka's and have used the common giant healer combo thus far. However I was wondering if 2-3 pekka's in place of 15-20 giants is as effective, if not more effective? It would essentially be used in the same way as GoWiPe but with Pekka tanks as opposed to golem tanks. Has anyone tried this I haven't found a recent thread relating?

Pekkas don't really work well for that because they aren't defense-led. Level 1 aren't much to write home about either
