You can use Attachments option in Additional Options below editor.]
Click Manage Attachments, Add Files (in new window) (upload your file) and then click Insert Inline.
When you post something you have all these little tools at the top of your text page. Click on the one that looks like a tree (inbetween the planets and the photo reel images) it'll give you an option to choose a photo from your computer or a URL
