Invite Kicked Members

A few days ago, a troll named destructo came in my clan, and somehow he got promoted to elder. He kicked half of the clan, and then he left. This is the 4th time this has happened to my clan, and I'm sick of losing great members because of these trolls running around everywhere. So what I think should be added to the game is, if a person is kicked out of a clan, they can be re-invited back into the clan. I believe this would be a great benefit, and it may reduce the number of trolls running around. What do you guys think of this idea?

4 times ? Well the problem is your clan this only every happens to low lv players who start clans to early.
