Journey To Masters As A Townhall 7

After finally getting back from my horrible farming experience in silver 2, I'm back and i decided to go for masters as a TH 7. Dokugan was basically my inspiration to go for this challenge, and ima go for it. I'm still in silver 2 so ima push tonight! Sadly I'm a loner so if anyone wants to come along with me, we'll all make it there soon :D. Posting pics of progress would be cool, and when an amount of TH 7s get there, lets start a clan!

I'll give you some tips:

1) You CAN snipe to masters, it just takes patience- for my last 4 trophies I took about 30-60 mins to find one farmer.
2) If you have enough elixir, train mass dragon armies overnight. Find another TH7/8 which will get very rare at Crystal I+ and earn about 20-30 trophies depending on how successful.
3) You will get revenged A LOT. My total amount of revenges in 12 days- 216 cups while pushing.
4) Placing your TH and possibly storages as well will increase your chances of having it sniped by other TH6/7/8s. I personally was sniped by two TH7s in Masters II.
5) Last 100 trophies is brutal. Farmers essentially disappear. I was very lucky to have a string of farmers in one go- in 7 mins I got +10, +11, +10.
6) You need to play in blocks- you can't log on, attack, log off or else you will lose a LOT of trophies.

Hey, good luck! I pushed to crystal as a TH 7, but never ventured that far :P I might try to go there now (I became th 8 a few weeks ago) but let us know how you do!

Made it to crystal 1 as a th 7, but then got knocked down, haha.

There are already TH7 pushing clans to join out there, plenty of champs and master TH7s there.

Also, find a good clan that can supply you with good CC troops for your push, but dont leech from them

Good on ya, trying to get to masters as a TH7. I reckon you'll do pretty well, just might want to study up on sniping guides and maybe try using barch since it is quick to build.

Oh yeah, you'll most likely be hit by these combinations:

Hogs
BARCH
Giant-based armies

I used this base to counter Hogs/BARCH:

But Trion (AD mod) is better at fending off giant-based armies:

Though I'm not sure if it can do well against lvl6 giants + 2 healers :p

I'm TH7 and im in crystal working my way thru master but it's kinda hard going to masters tho crystal is easy

Bring a lot of Gold with you... searching for exposed TH will get expensive around 2400-2600 range. Watch out for Hidden Teslas. If you have clan mates with Level 6 Giants, make sure you have them in your CC at all times. They will help if Teslas pop up. Just drop the Giants to tank while your barbs and archers take out the TH.

Also try to get as many trophies as you can before going offline. When you gain a lot of trophies, someone from a lower trophy range can revenge you and take as much as 56 trophies which will hurt...

Leave your TH exposed and hope another fellow TH sniper will snipe your TH for minimal trophy loss.

I just recently got my TH4 to Master III... trying to get to Champion but finding any exposed TH takes forever!

No skill involved in sniping a town hall

The strategy i used before is to th hunt up to crystal 2 after that I used dragons/minions. Also boost 1 or 2 barracks and spell factory. Hope this can help. Goodluck.

I agree, this requires an almost pathological persistence because it is not fun and if it is not fun why bother, life is too short to engage in pointless long pursuits with very dubious worth at the end.

I laughed when I read this. We'll be boasting more when we get there!

You'll need patience on the last 100 trophies. Only TH 10s and some 9s up there.

You're kidding right? This base or any other TH7 base wont stop anything in Master. 3 star with lvl6 barch, no spells needed.
