Add a new hero for town hall 10: Court Mage

A Court Mage would look like a big wizard, but wears a black robe that has two purple lines that go from top to bottom of his robe and they glow (elixir lines?). He would wield a staff and when his Hero Power is used he will be able to hover for a short time (5 seconds of protection from ground only defenses) but he won't be able to move and summons 2 or more wizards (depends on level).

I think the title dark mage would sound better. But yeah that's cool

That's actually a good idea, I will rename him.
