Needing builders for walls

Didn't read every post, but I agree with OP...if you don't need a builder to build another builders hut, why use a builder to build walls? But of course I see the negative side to this as well.

this was an update before. haven't played CoC yet but read some update versions and saw builders are now required to build walls.. and guys above are right. this is to not dump gold on walls whenever all builders are busy..

Im still pretty new to the game, so I knew nothing of this. I looked around the forums and didn't see anything on the subject. I can't be expected to know everything. And like I said before, I agree with what pp had said and was glad for a different point of view. It help clear it up for me.

Builders huts come prefabricated and can't be upgraded.

If walls took time, I would get it, but they don't. If the walls didn't require builders, players will always have something to do. No builders? Raid some more, upgrade walls, rinse and repeat.

All I'm saying, is it just really sucks when you are out of options with things to do in the game, and I feel the walls would solve that problem.
