Definitely, the first 1-2 week of th8 was really bad. I didn't even dare to post raiding vids at the start haha ! Lv4 troops at TH8 was definitely a horrible feeling.

Lv5 troops definitely makes a huge difference as what pinser said.
Certain towers require higher level to 1hko you.
And don't look down on the slight increase in dps. Multiple that by the amount of troops you have and viola, its a big improvement indeed.

Getting 1 shot by mortar wise, play around more with tankers like giants.
And try not to spam troops from a single spot, send in waves to prevent bunching up.

Spawning in that area is really suicidal if you ask me.. even if you are darn close to the storage..

Its like the art of war..
We have a front line, and we push forward from there, conquering land and building as we progress.
Thus our enemy are just right infront of us.

But deploying over there, enemy will be infront, behind, left right up down centre everywhere LOL.

And don't forget we are running a farming army, with majority of our troops being infantry, and vulnerable to huge splash attacks.

Thats the reason why i didn't spawn there until I have "Conquered" that land, where enemies are only infront of me.
Not beside, not behind, but only infront of me :)

But I kinda regret not deploying a single troop in that spawn to show you guys that its always nice to "double confirm" what is inside the trap.
Who knows, I might be able to detonate 2 giant bombs with 2 troops.

And glad you enjoyed the vid.
Tackling dual xbow bases is certainly a challenge since my giants just simply dies soooo fast >.<

After that, depending on my Lv2/Lv3 Pekka upgrade time left, might be starting minions instead of wizards haha.

Thanks for the reply, and thanks too to Pinser, didn't mean to miss replying to your help either. :)

The one thing I have learnt from watching your vids was the deployment of the Giants. My current army is very similar to yours with a few less barbs and a few more archers. I had tended to deploy my giants all at the same time (but not in the same spot) but now use then a few at a time. Saving a few for that final goblin rush is a must IMO as buying those extra few seconds makes the difference in taking a storage down or not. I am still messing up a few raids but slowly but surely my fails are getting less frequent.

You really good player jun. feel like I wanna flight to Singapore and ask you for teaching become a good farmer.Lol. Just one and half hour to Singapore from here.

I said I would give it another try and I did it.

Of course I started quite bad.. But since I can attack more often, I've been practicing and improving the way I use this strategy.

Just got a nice 390k gold + 290k elixir using this strategy. The base was far from a great challenge, but Im confident that in a couple more days I'll be raiding hard bases with no fear.

You gotta think ahead every single troop deployment so its accurate and hit the right spot. Something that I'm still getting myself used to.

Question regarding WB ai, will a WB choose a different wall to blow up if the building in the compartment dies before the WB reaches the wall?

Sometimes I deploy them too quickly before my archers have completely destroyed a building and it still targets an empty compartment. Guess I need to be more patient?
