TH9s: What's your strategy when hero is down??

You don't need heroes for any air attacks, basically. For all drags, it helps to have heroes to clean outer buildings before deploying your drags so that you drags don't go off to the side, but they're not a necessity.

gowipe,dragloon and sometimes hogs.go for low level th9 and you will 3 star them easily

We have a war starting later today. Going to give gowiwipe a shot and see how that does. The enemy clan's bases are pretty open.

my gowiwipe on a spread base solid 2 star without heroes for you I bet maybe 3 if it goes well usually AQ gets me the third.

Thanks for all the input fellas. Finished up my two attacks, with the queen, and still managed to only 2* twice.... Back to the drawing board!

I wish there was a thread for posting war attacks to get pointers.

Use the Valkwiwi for th 9 bases with low walls and open bases. You can prob 3 star with just 1 hero, maybe no heroes if the base is low enough.

I am a Th10 and its allot worse for me. When one of my level 25+ heros are down. I go from being able to tackle maxed bases to mostly premature Th10 bases.


Honestly, I really don't switch strategies - I hit weaker bases. I primarily use loons for farming and Valkyrie strategies for war. GoVaPe is solid and I often work a PEKKA in as a stand in for my King if he is down.

But for me my king is like an extra supply of CC troops and my queen... well she's like another 20-30%....


But there is no replacing my queen.


Many formers suggest dragons. Which is good advice if your target is dragon weak but even this strategy sort needs the heros for cleanup duty.

Nice Attack! Unfortunately I haven't bothered to upgrade valks yet, still lvl 1. I may start working on them soon though.
