Hhaha ikr. No offense to any mods on here because you all do this in your free time, but the customer service at supercell is an absolute joke. They claim to be some mom and pop business, what a load. Take forever to get back to anything of send in, then when they do get back to you they always ask you to send all the information that the game already tracks.

if I go and buy an item from a shop and it's not up to standard I don't return it or complain about it because I cant really afford it. I return or complain about the quality and standard of the product because I expect better.

What would you like an admin to do? Particularly if Supercell is fine with it? Would it ease your concerns or make you even more upset if an admin came in and said, "Yeah the loot is exactly as planned and we aren't changing it."

Perhaps you'd prefer a more subtle approach? An admin could come in and say, "Yeah we're constantly monitoring loot levels in the game and will make tweaks as we deem necessary."

Somehow I doubt anything less than an apology and switching it back would appease you. So what do they do if they aren't prepared or willing to do that?

If you bought an item from a shop, like a shovel, it would be tangible. To compare this to an intangible item such as a pixelated green gem that allows you to build your imaginary army faster is an exercise in futility.
