I had a similar idea, I thought that we could save certain army compositions so that we just choose that one and the barracks starts training it, dividing it into the number of barracks you have.

Yup, but take it a step further and put it all into one. Even if they do not want to save off your composition (wishful thinking), at least make one window and let it delegate equally into the barracks.
